Göttingen International Handel Festival was set up to provide the world famous Göttingen International Handel Festival with a strong and enduring network of sponsors and supporters from the spheres of culture and business.

In becoming an active member of the Club, you will be helping to secure one of the region’s most significantly positive location factors by setting the Göttingen Handel Festival on a broader financial footing.

• Two complimentary tickets to the opera (any performance except the premiere) and priority booking for other concerts.

• Invitation to the ‘Händel-Club Festival Preview’ on Sunday, 9 May at 12 noon in the Deutsches Theater Keller with a special introduction to the opera by Festival Artistic Director Nicholas McGegan and the production’s Stage Director Johanna Garpe, followed by the opportunity to attend a costume rehearsal.

• A special limited ticket allocation for the chamber concert on 15 May at the Fürstenberg Porcelain Factory, including a guided tour of the museum.

• Opportunity to attend the ‘Händel-Club Opera Last Night Event’ on 25 May:
  6pm: Opera introduction by Dr. Benedikt Poensgen
  7pm: Dernière of Tamerlano at the Deutsches Theater Göttingen. Following the performance, invitation to attend the Festival’s closing festivities, joined also by the opera cast.
