Broadcast | Prizewinners’ Concert

Since 2017, as part of the göttingen händel competition, the Festival has been honouring and promoting young ensembles that not only cultivate the tradition of early music, but also constantly develop and redevelop it through musical expertise paired with creative drive. This year’s music competition is centred
around the Festival motto “Laurels”: whoever wins over the jury and audience will reap laurels as a symbol of recognition. The musical program will also be thematically linked to the “Laurels”.
