Das Ensemble NeoBarock bringt Auszüge des Werkes mit Video zur Aufführung: Michael Sommer, Schöpfer des Videokanals „Sommers Weltliteratur to go“, hat die Handlung mit Playmobil-Figuren nachgestellt. In vier Geschichten folgt das junge wie alte Publikum den Irrungen und Wirrungen der Liebe rund um die Welt – und begegnet dabei starken Prinzessinnen, schwer verliebten Kämpfern und treuen Seelen. That not all amorous couples are the same is the subject of the opera Les Indes galantes by Jean-Philippe Rameau. With tender melodies, sultry chords and spirited dances, the French composer explores the greatest of human emotions. The Ensemble NeoBarock will perform excerpts of the work along with video: Michael Sommer, creator of the video channel “Sommer’s World Literature to go”, has re-enacted the plot with Playmobil figures.
