The Göttingen International Handel Festival 2025 will take place from May 16 to 25. We are pleased to be able to give you a preview of the 2025 Festival program. Advance ticket sales for selected events will already begin this year: for members of the Göttingen Handel Society on November 22 and for the general public on November 30. You can find all information on this in our outlook.

Reductions and wheelchair spaces

Reductions
Reductions upon presenting proof of
identification: School pupils, students (up to 27 years of age), persons performing voluntary service as well as unemployed and disabled persons (80 % and above) will be granted a discount on regular ticket prices.

Kulturticket
Students of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen receive free admission and free bus transfer with the Kulturticket. Reservations are possible 24 hours prior to the concert (kulturticket@haendel-festspiele.de). Only one ticket can be reserved per student. The Opera Premiere, Readings, Wine and Music and the Sunrise Concert are excluded from the Kulturticktingent of tickets will be reserved for students.

Wheelchair spaces
Please note that spaces for wheelchair users and tickets for any accompanying persons can only be purchased at the Festival office.
